Friendly and Helpful Staff: The hosts, Chris and Hanna, went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was a success. Their warm approach and genuine interest in making our stay enjoyable made a huge difference.

All was Perfect: We couldn't find a single thing to fault during our stay.

We especially enjoyed the hammocks, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious and varied, making every meal a delightful experience.

The lack of a second duvet made sleep a bit uncomfortable, and we wished there were two glasses for drinking instead of toothbrush cups. A small refrigerator in the room would have been very convenient, although the hosts kindly offered to store our drinks in their own fridge.

We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with daily fresh treats and a great variety of food. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas, providing us with maps and recommendations for activities. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the parking was convenient. The location was perfect for exploring the area by car.

We had an unforgettable Easter break at this lovely countryside retreat. The hosts were warm, welcoming and went out of their way to give us tips on the best local activities. The lodge was perfect for our family, with spacious rooms that were tastefully decorated. We particularly appreciated the delicious homemade breakfasts and the organic produce that they offered. The location was also great, situated within driving distance to popular tourist attractions and scenic walking trails.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the lack of air conditioning was a bit of a letdown. It was very hot during the day and the room felt stuffy at night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Nothing not too like.

the location was idyllic, with stunning surroundings and plenty of local attractions. the high-quality furnishings in our room and the excellent service provided by the hosts made our stay all the more enjoyable. We were impressed by the extensive range of local wines available, and the delicious breakfasts and evening meals. We cannot wait to return and experience the unique atmosphere and warm hospitality once again.

It would have been even better if there was a self-use washing machine available.
